The Vollmer CSF 860 is a fully CNC-controlled side grinder designed to deliver automated, high-precision sharpening of carbide-tipped circular saw blades. With 7-axis servo kinematics, the CSF 860 ensures complete machining of tooth sides with exceptional consistency, speed, and flexibility-making it ideal for sawmills, sharpening centers, and tool manufacturers with high daily throughput.
Built on a compact, stable monoblock frame, and featuring advanced measurement systems, digital compensation, and ND automation compatibility, the CSF 860 is optimized for round-the-clock operation with minimal setup time and maximum control.
Designed for blades from 80 mm to 860 mm (3" to 34") in diameter.
