CHP 840
The Vollmer CHP 840 and CHP 1300 are robust CNC grinders engineered for the precise sharpening of carbide-tipped circular saw blades used in a wide range of applications-from sawmill and furniture production to non-ferrous metal and plastic processing.
Designed for performance and durability, the CHP series features four fully CNC-controlled axes to grind all common tooth geometries in a single cycle-including axial angles and group toothing. With oscillation grinding as standard, the CHP series removes material quickly and cleanly, making it ideal for both production sharpening and repair work.
CHP 840 handles blades up to 33" (840 mm) while the CHP 1300 expands capacity up to 51" (1300 mm).
With sensor-based feed systems, wide-opening clamping, and optional features for tooth pitches up to 180 mm, the CHP series is ready to meet your sharpening demands.
